amazing, amazing, amazing
I was captivated by the cool vibe of my room, where the decor and soothing jazz music created a relaxing ambiance. The lobby had a unique candlelit atmosphere, a good touch. Great amenities like stemware and heated floors added a level of comfort.

We didn't want to leave, recommend. The views at this brand-new hotel were particularly nice. Thanks to a terrific service we had a really nice stay. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too. The location was best possible, near Ottawa Art Gallery.

Hotel staff provided really good service, making meals rememberable-especially at Norca, where the food was both great and beautifully presented. The location was ideal for exploring Ottawa's vibrant neighborhoods.

I loved how clean and well-decorated The Classic Room, 1 King Bed felt. The amenities really stood out, like the heated floors and plush robes. It was spacious and modern. The staff were genuinely cute. They helped with city navigation and even chatted about wine at the restaurant. The steak I ordered for dinner was high-quality and delicious. I appreciated the purified water provided on each floor, refreshing. Breakfast started a bit late at 7 am, inconvenient for early risers. Room service cut off at 10 pm. A mini fridge in the room would have been a great addition too. Despite these small issues, my stay felt luxurious overall.

The location is close to places like Byward Market and the Ottawa Art Gallery. The Signature Room boasts a Nespresso machine which can be cleverly manipulated for a full cup if you're resourceful with the capsules.
Unfortunately, breakfast starts at 7 AM, which isn't ideal for early birds. The breakfast options are quite limited, lacking variety and offerings like soup in the main courses. The single Nespresso machine yielded only petite espresso shots, requiring multiple capsules for a proper cup. The surrounding area feels a bit sketchy at times, and although there's a recommendation for a nearby spa, its limited hours hurt the overall experience.

This hotel is just amazin! The vibe is so chill, and the staff really makes u feel at home. My room was super spacious and had the coolest gadgets, like a nespresso machine and mood lighting. Everythin was clean and the decor felt really cozy. Also the location is perfect for just explorin the city!
But the breakfast starts kinda late and the options were limited. The pillows were a bit too soft for my likin.

Just a perfect match for a swift visit in Ottawa with real value for money. The staff were genuinely cute and helped me navigate the city easily. Pick a room away from the main road for a quieter experience.
